Jasmine Kelly, MPS is a Career Confidence Coach for Industrial Organizational Psychology Practitioners. She is the founder of Your Career Kickstart LLC, a firm that focuses on changing the negative connotation surrounding the word WORK, through individual career coaching and organizational consulting.

Her journey began through her own job search by learning the art of confidently articulating her skills and experience to hiring managers. This led to the development of courses, career programs, and workshops to help other I/Os understand the importance of having confidence in their unique experience. She uses psychological theories and practices to help I/Os land jobs in the field.
