Devon Delmonico, SHRM-SCP, MA is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and has over 15 years of Human Resources experience in full-cycle employee experience including Organizational Culture and Development, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Career Development and Training, Benefit Administration, Recruitment, and Compensation. She is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for the Eastern region of Weber Shandwick – a global public relations firm.


Devon has cultivated employee development and career counseling for employees in a variety of industries including manufacturing, hospitality, non-profit, legal, and communications. She recognizes that every employee has their own talent to bring to the organization and supports their individual professional growth journey.


She holds an MA in Health and Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health, an MBA from University of Baltimore, an BA in Psychology from Penn State University, and an BA in Business Administration from Penn State University.
