Tiana Howell, MS

Tiana Howell received her Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, in 2018 from Argosy University. Her vast experience in Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting has allowed her to excel in many industries. Currently she oversees the Food Safety Program for Whole Foods Market in Newtown Square. Additionally, she leads the Team Member Engagement team and serves as a consultant on the Culture Compass team for Whole Foods. Her love for IO Psychology and passion for helping others, has allowed her to find creative ways to drive organizational change. She dedicates her time to enriching the lives of her team members by promoting community service events and creating platforms that allow team members to develop as leaders.
