Paul Grillo, MS

Paul is a leadership and team building facilitator that has seven years experience coaching instructors and instructional staff in the special education sector. His holistic approach to management and leadership development is focused on not only boosting team and individual effectiveness, but also enacting lasting improvements to morale, job satisfaction, and engagement.

He has a Master of Science in Psychology with a Concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.

Paul is passionate about igniting the transformative powers within us all. He is dutifully committed to the belief that the world’s most successful leaders strive to bring out the absolute best qualities in those they lead.
