Lee Crowson, MA
Industrial/Organizational Psychology Practitioner
Lee Crowson is an Industrial/Organizational Psychology Practitioner and Project Manager who works with an organization that holds several contracts with the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies. His primary focuses include psychological safety and mental/emotional health in the workplace, employee development and engagement, coaching and career progression, process improvement, and managing organizational change.
He is the creator and facilitator of Industrial/Organizational and Applied Psychology Pop-up Networking, a virtual community focused on expanding networks, sharing knowledge and experiences, and providing a platform for experienced members of the field to guide and mentor students and early career professionals. The Pop-up room is an open forum open to all in the field, in adjacent fields, or just interested in learning more and strives to provide a safe space for discussions on sensitive topics to further understanding of crucial subjects such as DEIB.
As a career member of the U.S. Navy, he has developed extensive experience in crisis management, leadership, and adaptability in high-stress, rapidly changing environments. He is a very active member of the veteran/military-connected community both as it relates to the military-to-civilian transition and as it relates to I/O psychology.
Lee has a BA in Psychology, an MA in Counseling, and a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA.
