Kaleigh is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Balmir HR Consulting, where she partners with organizations to translate business goals into effective people strategies. She advises executives and leadership teams on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and workforce strategy, helping organizations align their people systems with long-term performance.

Her consulting work focuses on applying evidence-based principles from industrial organizational psychology to challenges such as organizational culture, performance management, leadership development, and compensation strategy. Kaleigh brings experience in both leading HR functions and advising organizations on designing practical systems that support employee engagement, accountability, and sustainable results.

Kaleigh holds a Master of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI, the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, and the Compensation Analyst Credential (CAC) from ERI.
