Deborah Peck, PhD

Deborah Peck, Ph.D., President and Founder of Seity Insight, Inc., has a broad background in business practices, technology, leadership, consulting, coaching, and understanding workplace behavior. Dr. Peck has worked in organizations from small to large and across multiple industries. She offers decades of experience in business and data network engineering, in venture funded start-ups and Fortune 100 companies.

She held ascending leadership positions in many companies and industries before starting her consulting practice. Her experience and education influence her systems perspective and learning organization techniques as a foundation to her consulting practices to create business results and improve
effectiveness in any organization.

Dr. Peck holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Computer Science and earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology while building Seity Insight. Having taught at the graduate and undergraduate level for 10 years while building her consulting practice, she brings an understanding of academic research and scientific methods to the workplace. She applies models and research that are effective for leaders and businesses to learn new methods that address issues they face and capitalize on their most important assets, their people, while improving the bottom line.

Dr. Peck is a member of several organizations including SIOP, AZ Tech Council, ODN, APA and SoL. She served on the board for The Harp Foundation and IMC-AZ, and committees for the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, IMC and AZ Tech Council. Dr. Peck has been a speaker for many events and organizations including the SIOP, ODN conferences, SHRM AZ State conferences, AFWA, Project Management Institute, IMC-AZ, FEI, Arizona Council of Engineering and Scientific Associations, and Athena. She served as a STEM judge for the Governor’s awards for Most Outstanding Students and STEM Teachers. She has been featured in Scottsdale at Work, The Suit, Arizona Women magazines and among the top 10 Assessment Consulting Companies for 2020 featured in HR Tech Outlook.
