Atiba Copeland, MS

Atiba S. Copeland is a personal development coach, advisor to senior executive leadership, performance management consultant and Industrial/Organizational psychology practitioner.Atiba embraces the insight interacting with people from different backgrounds brings to his own understanding and engages with people to create connection and establish unity. Mr. Copeland has thrived in a variety of leadership positions in the military, private industry and with the Federal Government. In each role he has held, Mr. Copeland has empowered others to work toward the realization of both their personal and professional goals.
EDUCATION/TRAINING: Atiba holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Capella University. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Squadron Officer School (in residence) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland University College. He has received formal coach, mediator, human resources management and employment law training within the Federal sector and the Department of Defense. Atiba is co-founder for the Society of Evidence Based Consulting (SEBOC). He is a member of the Federal Coaching Network and is also an active member of the International Coach Federation.
