Discussion Topic: This talk is an introduction to Viral Change™, a change management methodology first introduced by Dr Leandro Herrero in the UK 25 years ago. It has since been applied across organizations with 1000-100.000 employees. Ragna, who will introduce us to the topic, has been working directly with Dr Herrero over the last three years and would like to share some insights into the methodology. What are its foundations? What are the pillars it is based on? And how could we apply this?
