Open-Mic: Same Job, Different Number: What Shapes Compensation Negotiation?

*This is a recorded event. Those who speak "on stage" will be featured in the resulting WorkCookie Podcast and WorkCookie Video Podcast episodes.

Description: Two people can have similar qualifications, work in the same role, and still walk away with different compensation. Why?

This event explores the dynamics of compensation negotiation, including salary expectations, market knowledge, organizational pay practices, negotiation behavior, and how value is perceived during the process.

Whether you're an I/O professional, a student, or someone interested in the field, this open discussion will explore the latest developments, ideas, and solutions in I/O Psychology. And hopefully, we'll get way off track to break things up a bit! Join us as we engage with experts and the I/O community to shape the future of the field through open dialogue and collaboration.

This is a Free Event. Be sure to check your email (even spam folder) for access instructions after registering.
