TOPIC: Challenges and Triumphs: Navigating Prosocial/Pro Bono I/O Psychology Terrain

Description: Prosocial work comes with its own set of challenges and triumphs. In this episode, we explore the hurdles faced by professionals in the field and how they navigate complexities to achieve meaningful outcomes. From research to application to organizational dynamics, we discuss the nuances of prosocial I/O psychology and celebrate the triumphs that result in a positive impact when giving back to communities.

We continue to discuss what it takes to be more effective in the workplace as leaders and individual contributors and to be world-class #iopsychology practitioners.  We also discuss where the #iopsych field is headed with the current exponential growth and interest in the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
