Students will learn the perspective and skills it takes to be an esteemed decision-maker in an organization.

The broad range of organizational stakeholders will be appreciated by students as they learn cause and effect relationships of organizational interactions and initiatives

Students will increase their capability to understand, develop, and even execute vital strategies based on an organization's business and culture goals.

Students will find their voice as they experience bridging the gap between scholar and practitioner in a workplace setting.
